According to report, the man managed to move to the hospital with assistance of some photographer, but the doctor in charge refused to attend to him when he was told he is a foreigner, fearing being a victim of xenophobia.

The victim who was identified as Emmanuel Sithole was pronounced dead after he was taken to another hospital who also felt reluctant to admit him.
