Fashion Police star and comedienne, Joan Rivers has died in a New York hospital just a week after suffering cardiac arrest and being placed on life support. Her daughter, Melissa Rivers confirmed this in a statement from New York.

“It is with great sadness that I announce the death of my mother, Joan Rivers. She passed peacefully at 1.17pm surrounded by family and close friends,”
