Popular Comedian, Julius Agwu has officially declared his intentions to run for governor of Rivers State in 2015. I know you would laugh saying "This is a joke" Sincerely, It isn't any of his usual jokes. According to him, he have decided to join the governorship race after pressure from his people to lead them. His party will be unveiled later he says.
