65 year old woman set to become the world's oldest mother of quadruplets (photo)

A 65-year-old schoolteacher is set to become the oldest woman ever to give birth to quadruplets. German Annegret Raunigk, already has 13 children.

Her latest pregnancy was the result of artificial insemination using both donated sperm and eggs.

Ms Raunigk, who is in the 21st week of her pregnancy, said she was ‘shocked’ when an ultrasound scan showed she was carrying quadruplets. Her gynaecologist initially mentioned the possibility of  abortion.

Rapper Nelly arrested in Tennessee on drug charges

Oh no! Rapper Nelly was arrested yesterday morning April 11th on felony drug charges in Tennessee after a state trooper stopped his tour bus for not having the correct ID stickers. The troopers noticed the smell of marijuana when they stopped the bus and then proceeded to search it. The search uncovered marijuana, meth, as well as multiple handguns. Nelly and one of the other five people in the bus were immediately arrested.

Voting Extended In Rivers State

Reports emanating from Rivers state indicate that voting has been extended into Sunday, April 12, in some parts of the state after irregularities at some polling stations.

This was revealed by the resident electoral commissioner in the state, Gesila Khan.
According to Khan, the extension affects nine wards in oil-rich southern Rivers.
She said that in some instances key election materials were never brought to polling stations.
