Kim Kardashian learned on Sunday night's episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians that she could be forced to use a surrogate to carry her second baby because of a problem with her uterus.

Doctors told the reality star they could not guarantee she would be able to carry her own child. The medics broke the news to Kim as she waited to undergo a procedure to remove parts of her placenta that were still stuck to her uterus from when she gave birth to daughter North West.
