ISIS beheads second Briton, threatens to kill US war veteran next

ISIS has beheaded British aid worker Alan Henning (left and inset). The militants posted a video of the horrific beheading online last night. In the video, the executioner who is described as Jihadi John because of his English accent said Alan's blood is on the hands of the British parliament. Before he was beheaded, Alan also blamed his death on his government. He told the camera;
"I am Alan Henning. Because of our Parliament's decision to attack the Islamic state I as a member of the British public will now pay the price for that decision."
He was beheaded shortly after that. ISIS then brought out Iraq war veteran and U.S. citizen Peter Edward Kassig (right) and threatened to kill him next.

I’m No Longer Interested In The N25m Compensation – Popular Comedian Baba Suwe

In a chat with Saturday Beats, veteran actor, Baba Suwe, described the late Bamidele Aturu, as his saviour and helper whom God sent to rescue him in his time of need. Aturu was the lawyer that defended the comic actor when he was accused of smuggling cocaine.
He said, “I could not sign Aturu’s condolence register; it was my child that signed it. Aturu was my saviour, helper and Godsent. Aturu’s death is one of the most painful things to have happened to me.

“He was a very nice person; he was very passionate about me. When the incident happened, he came to meet me and asked me to tell him the truth if I was guilty or innocent and I told him the truth. He then assured me that he would defend me so that I would not go to jail and that’s what he did.”

Guys! See What Weightlifting For Just 20 Minutes Can Do For Your Brain!

It's no secret that weightlifting is good for you, but now a new study on brains and brawn suggests that going hard in the gym for as little as 20 minutes can boost your long-term memory by 10 percent.
“Our study indicates that people don’t have to dedicate large amounts of time to give their brain a boost,” study leader Lisa Weinberg, a graduate student at the Georgia Institute of Technology, said in a written statement.
For the study, researchers asked 46 healthy young adults to try to remember a series of 90 photographs that were shown on a computer screen. Then half of the group worked out on a leg-extension exercise machine -- doing 50 reps -- while the other half sat in a chair and didn't exercise. The researchers then took saliva samples from each person.

Two days later, the same men and women met with the researchers again to look at a series of 180 photographs, which included the 90 photos that were shown before. This time, the men and women were asked to recall which photos they had seen previously and which were new.
