Check Out ASUU & Federal Government 2009 Agreement

On the first day of July this year, the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, began an indefinite strike that has lasted till date and may run deep into the future. According to the union, the strike followed government’s inability to keep to an October 2009 agreement reached by both parties. The agreement was reached after two years of negotiation between the lecturers and a government team appointed by the then Education Minister, Obiageli Ezekwesili. The Government team was led by the then Pro-chancellor, University of Ibadan, Gamaliel Onosode while ASUU’s team was led by its then president, Abdullahi Sule-Kano.

After losing his father at the age of 15, Okafor had to earn his living by doing various odd jobs, such as selling firewood, hair dressing and butchering animals. Mr. Okafor has graduated from Mass Communication from the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) Enugu.

He became a widely recognized face in Nigeria in 2004, when he played the lead role in the movie titled 'Mr. Ibu'. Since then, he has established himself as one of the most talented comic characters in the Nollywood industry. His filmography includes dozens of movies, and he also has served as a writer and producer.

Uche Jombo Moves To New York To Meet Husband

Pretty Nollywood actress and producer Uche Jombo Rodriguez has reportedly relocated temporarily to New York, United States of America to join her husband Kenny Rodriguez. Uche was spotted alongside Chika Chukwu and Emem Isong at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport few days ago just before their flight to New York. ‘Waiting for my flight’, Uche Jombo wrote. Reports say the actress is not due back in Nigeria until 2014. Now that’s enough time for the couple to catch up and bond more. Uche and Kenny tied the knot on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at Marriot Isla Verde beach resort, Puerto Rico.

She believes this is fair given that Timbaland has "publicly and privately proclaimed this child as his own."
